Previously an Ironman Triathlete, he survived all the health crises that he encountered. He was on the brink of death and required 24-hour oxygen support and basic living assistance. However, through his personal research, breath training, meditation, exercise, fasting, and practicing proper nutrition, he was able to win over this fight and remarkably, recover his health. Now, he is living an active lifestyle which includes biking, swimming, and running.
